The fashion photograph of Gweneth Paltrow that sparked our design investigation. If you follow the line of her back it seems to traverse the hanging dress and show up as the line of her thigh. The transposition of background and flesh on either side of the line is what we found intriguing.

The ceiling of the Sitting Room was a brick pattern of cherry plywood. Track lighting was in the space between the panels.
