There has been a wood-fired sauna of some sort at the Farmhouse since 1991. It was originally in the one story annex, and then moved to the "shop" on the second floor of the garage. The ultimate plan for the sauna had always been for it to be a stand-alone building. The foundation was poured at the same time as the garage foundation in 1993.

In 2003 the plan was finalized and sauna was built. It has a wood-fired sweat room, with high and low benches and cedar lined. There is a small waiting and cool-off room adjacent to the sweat room area.
